Domenic Reyes, Head Baker

Originally from Los Angeles, Domenic joins the team as our new Head Baker. His culinary journey was born from working as a mechanic with his dad, which taught him the enjoyment of working with his hands. He moved north to study at CIA Greystone, where he was introduced to pastry by Chef Angela Salvatore. He quickly fell in love with bread baking while working with Chef Aaron Brown and Chef Steven Isaac. While studying, Domenic worked as an assistant chocolatier at Kollar Chocolates, then started baking at Napa’s own Westwon Bread. He spent two and a half years as a head baker in Davis and as a bread manager in Sacramento. Domenic was also the bread maker for all 800+ people at the 2023 Tower Bridge Dinner in Sacramento!⁠

Domenic is now looking forward to utilizing the PRESS Farm as a sustainable practice alongside his new team. ⁠
